Use AI. Skip the hype.
Most AI advice for small businesses is either too vague to act on or too technical to implement. We sit in between. We find the two or three places AI can save you real hours per week, and we build them.
You've probably tried ChatGPT. Maybe you bought a Notion AI subscription. Maybe a sales tool tried to upsell you on an AI add-on you don't understand. None of that is implementation. That's just paying for software.
Implementation is wiring AI into the specific workflows that eat up your week. Lead intake. Customer support email. Content drafting. Scheduling. Follow-up sequences. Document review. We dig into your week, find the two or three workflows where AI saves you the most time, build them, and stick around to fix them when something breaks. The result is usually 5 to 10 hours back per week, depending on the business.
What's included
- 01AI workflow audit: where in your week AI will save time, and where it's not worth the trouble
- 02Custom GPTs and Claude Projects configured for your business, with your tone, your data, your process
- 03Integrations into the tools you already use: Gmail, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Airtable, QuickBooks, Calendly, and the rest
- 04Automations using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or custom code where the off-the-shelf tools fall short
- 05Document and data extraction pipelines: pull structured data from receipts, contracts, intake forms, emails
- 06Internal AI assistants trained on your own documents and SOPs
- 07Training sessions for your team so adoption sticks
Our process
- 01
Workflow audit
Half-day session walking through your week. We list every repetitive task and rank them by hours saved vs. complexity of automation. You see the top three opportunities before we propose anything.
- 02
Pick the right tool
Sometimes it's a custom GPT. Sometimes a Zapier flow. Sometimes a 200-line Python script. We pick what fits.
- 03
Build and test
Ship the first workflow in two to three weeks. Test it on real inputs from your business. Iterate.
- 04
Train the team
Recorded walk-through plus live training. Adoption is the whole game. A tool nobody uses is wasted money.
- 05
Maintain
Models change. APIs change. Your workflow changes. Optional ongoing care keeps everything running so you don't have to think about it.
Who this is for
- →Small business owners drowning in repetitive admin
- →Operations teams handling high-volume manual data entry or document processing
- →Sales and customer service teams spending hours per week on follow-up and intake
- →Founders curious about AI but burned by vague consultants and shiny demos
What this isn't
We don't build AI features for your end customers. If you want to ship AI inside your own software, that's a software development engagement, a different kind of work. This is about using AI inside your business to save your team time.
Common questions
- How much time can AI save me?
- Depends on the workflow. Realistic ranges: 5 to 10 hours per week for a typical small business once the first two or three workflows are in place. The work that gets automated is usually the work you were already doing badly because it was boring.
- Will my data be safe?
- Yes, if it's set up right. We use API access (not the public consumer products) so your data isn't used for training. For sensitive data (health, legal, financial), we use enterprise tiers with zero-retention agreements, or local models that never leave your machine. We talk through this on the audit call before anything is wired up.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. Everything we build is meant to be used by non-technical staff. If a workflow requires a developer to operate it, we've built it wrong.
- What does it cost?
- Most AI implementation projects sit in our standard $5,000 to $10,000 CAD project range, scoped per workflow. Ongoing maintenance to keep automations running runs $300 to $1,000 CAD per month. We start most clients with one or two workflows and add more once they see what's possible.
